PRODUCT RETURNS & CHANGES
Our goal is satisfied customers.
However, if the user wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, provided that the return is made with the cooperating courier company ELTA COURIER.H GENERAL POSTAL.
Specifically, the customer should call our online store to create a change tab.
RETURN POLICY
Change - Return - Product Replacement
Changes and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The products must be in excellent condition, not used or worn, their card has not been removed and must be accompanied by the purchase document (Receipt or Invoice). The user is obliged to try the product purchased without removing the tab, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.
In case of return of shoes, it is not allowed to stick labels and packing tapes on the packing box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted.
If all the above conditions are met, ESQUIRE is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer. The returns of the products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt at DUOMO by the cooperating courier.

COST OF CHANGE
The return and shipping costs of the first change are borne by the customer with the courier costs. The customer is charged with the amount of € 4.90. (€ 2.00 shipping costs + € 2.00 return costs + 0.90 for cash on delivery).
From the second change onwards, the customer is charged the amount of € 4.90. (€ 2.00 shipping costs + € 2.00 return costs + 0.90 for cash on delivery).
Cyprus: The cost of returning the product as well as the shipping costs of the new product are borne entirely by the customer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Defective products are those that have been damaged upon receipt or that show a manufacturing error within one (1) month from the date of purchase. Products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product, if available otherwise the customer can choose any other item. However, ESQUIRE reserves the right, in case of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to determine whether the complaint is genuine. The user will be informed about the progress of his complaint. Where possible, ESQUIRE will repair the defective product.
Upon return and new shipment of defective products, the customer is not charged any shipping costs.
If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.
UNDERWEAR
Change or return of underwear is not accepted, unless it is a defective product.
MONEY RETURN / WITHDRAWAL
If the customer is not satisfied with his order, he has the right to return the product he bought from our online store, exercising the right of withdrawal (only if the product meets the return conditions) and request its return. of the price paid or the issuance of a credit coupon of a value corresponding to the price paid, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The refund process is launched as soon as we receive the product and as long as it is in excellent condition and is completed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, refunds may be delayed if we do not receive the products or proof of return.
In case the method of payment was cash on delivery or bank deposit must state the following:
- IBAN
- The bank to which it corresponds (eg EUROBANK, PEIRAEUS, etc.)
- The name of the beneficiary
If the customer wants a refund in case the payment method was credit card or PAYPAL, he should simply state that he wants a refund.
